TheraPutty Exercise Putty and Point Relief ColdSpot Pain Relieving Gel might just be considered office supplies just as well as pens, paper, staplers, desk organizers, etc.

After putting in 8 plus hours at the office each day, Point Relief ColdSpot Pain Relieving Gel is a great over-the-counter formula that offers fast-acting, soothing, temporary relief of minor aches and pains of muscles and joints caused by long hours at the office. It does wonders for my stiff neck and shoulders after a long day. It starts taking effect after just a couple of minutes. It causes a nice cooling sensation to the area where applied but it's nothing too extreme. It's made of all natural ingredients, including menthol, MSM, ilex, and arnica, and has a nice scent. It provides nice pain relief for an hour or so.

Theraputty is a resistive hand exercise material that comes in six different colors with each color having a different consistency, ranging from xx-soft (for strengthening the weakest grasp) to x-firm (for developing a stronger grip). Theraputty comes in a convenient easy to open plastic container and comes in six different sizes. The 2, 3, 4, and 6 ounce containers are great for individuals to use at home and the larger 1 and 5 pound containers are great for use in the hospital or clinic setting. I received the yellow x-soft Theraputty, which I felt was actually pretty firm, but it was easy enough to squeeze, pull apart, and shape. It has a smooth consistency and overall it's pretty cool product to play around with. It doesn't really have a smell to it. Afterwards, my hands have a slight shine to them and feel a little slick but that's nothing a little soap and water can't fix. After typing on the computer 8 plus hours a day, sometimes my hands feel achy and tired and Theraputty does a great job at reviving them.

  1. I don't need something like this often,... but once in awhile I strain something and could use it.

  2. We use theraputty with our patients at work on occasion. There are good exercises for grip, pinch, and fine motor coordination that can be used to help people that have had strokes, carpal tunnel surgery, and a lot of other things
