Review of Merrick Kitchen Bites Dog Treats

Merrick is a name my dogs and I have come to love recently. Merrick Pet Care was founded in 1988, first offering natural dog treats and soon after introducing handcrafted, all-natural pet food. In 2003, Merrick introduced recipes like Grammy's Pot Pie, Turducken, and Thanksgiving Day Dinner. Just a year later in 2004, Merrick created their award-winning grain free dry recipes with chicken, beef, or buffalo. In 2012, Merrick started the "Real Food Revolution" by reformulating their Classic and Grain Free lines of dog food with new recipes that were unsurpassed in quality, nutrition, and taste. Then in 2013, the revolution continued with their Purrfect Bistro menu with 21 high-protein, grain free canned and dry cat food recipes. Over two decades later, Merrick is still going strong. This is just a smidgen of Merrick's story, but you can tell they truly care about pets. recently sent my two dogs, Tyson and Crook, some Merrick Kitchen Bites to review. Merrick Kitchen Bites are all-natural, oven-baked biscuits based on Merrick's innovative and award-winning classic can recipes.  These treats are made in the USA and are grain-free and gluten-free with real deboned meat as the #1 ingredient for a single source of high quality protein, along with fresh fruits and vegetables. My dogs got to try Grammy's Pot Pie biscuits, which are made with real chicken, potatoes, peas, and carrots. They have a nice aroma to them. The treats are in the shape of little slices of pie. They are of decent size and thickness. They have a nice crunch to them, similar to the crunch of dry dog food. They were easy for my dogs to eat and they were gentle on their tummies. My two dogs loved these treats and they begged for more. We were all three very impressed. Another win for Merrick.
