Help Those Who Are Less Fortunate With Give and Save

Disclosure: I got this product as part of an advertorial.

I love a good deal just as much as the next person but lately money has been more tight than usual so I can't break the bank even for a good deal but I also know that there are people out there who are less fortunate than I am. That's where Give and Save comes in. Give and Save is fairly new and was founded as a means to help those less fortunate by taking the idea of deals and coupons and turning them into a source for fundraising, raising both awareness and finances to help those in need. Give and Save searches local companies and finds you deals up to 75% off and each time you select a deal, Give and Save will give up to 50% to a charity you choose.

How It Works
  • Subscribe: Subscribe for free to receive great Daily Deal Savers (deals up to 75% off) from Give and Save in your email inbox.
  • Buy: When you see a Deal you would like to purchase, just select the BUY IT button and purchase the Deal Saver.
  • Deal Confirmation: When the Daily Deal Saver has ended and the Saver has tipped, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. When your payment is confirmed, your deal will be ready to redeem and 10-50% of your purchase price will be donated to the charity you chose at checkout.
  • Redeem Your Deal Saver: You can access your Deal Saver through your email link or login to and access Your Account.

Some of the great charities you can donate to include American Red Cross, AAZK Phoenix Chapter, City of Hope, American Cancer Society - Kellie Miner Fund, Godz Girls Junior Bible Quiz Team, Home Educators of Surprise, KASL Academy, New Life Center, Phoenix Rescue Mission, and Relay for Life Goodyear. As part of my review of Give and Save, I was given a $20 coupon code to purchase a deal. The Linking Heart Necklace immediately caught my eye, which was only $12 (a $40 value for a discount of 70%), so I bought two of them. Shipping was free so I only had to pay a $4 difference after I applied the coupon code I was given. When given the option to choose the charity I'd like to donate to, I chose to donate to the American Red Cross. Ordering and selecting your charity were both super easy to do.

Why the American Red Cross? Because in 2009 my parent's house caught on fire. Luckily they were gone at the time and they were okay but their house and almost everything they owned was a total loss. They were devastated as you could imagine but the American Red Cross helped them out tremendously afterwards. The American Red Cross gave my parents vouchers so they could purchase clothes and other things they might need at a local department store, they offered to put them in a hotel if needed, and they helped them in contacting various other local businesses and organizations who could help them out further. What the American Red Cross did for my family during their time of need really meant a lot to me. I was so glad that I was able to give back to the American Red Cross just by purchasing something from Give and Save makes giving back easy. They give you a great deal on something you love, such as this beautiful necklace, and then they donate part of the purchase price to an amazing charity or organization that does good things for those in need. It's a win-win situation for everyone involved.

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

  1. When I had a fire in my house many years ago. The Red Cross came to help us... but since we didn't really need the money they offered, we just thanked them. But it was so nice that they offered.
