For approximately the past week, I've taken Slim Select GT300 twice a day as directed on the package. I have pretty sedentary lifestyle and occupation and I don't have the best eating habits so I've made a conscious effort to try to eat better and decrease my portion sizes and add a little more walking into my routine. I've also been trying to drink a lot more water. So far I'm feeling great. I haven't had any nervous or jittery feeling since I've started taking the Slim Select GT300. I'll follow up with you all in about 2-3 weeks with my final results and we'll see if I've been able to lose any weight while taking the Slim Select GT300.
