Picture Keeper Review and Giveaway

In January of 2009 my parents had a house fire and as a result they lost many, many irreplaceable family photographs. If only we had known about Picture Keeper then, we might still have these today. Picture Keeper is the world’s first all-in-one USB device with embedded software to protect your pictures and other irreplaceable files. Picture Keeper is the simplest way to automatically backup your pictures and give you peace of mine in knowing that they are safe. Picture Keeper is currently available in over 4000 U.S. retail locations, including Walgreens, Archiver’s, Hobby Lobby, RadioShack stores and many independent photo retailers and scrapbooking stores. Picture Keeper products are also available in the UK, Canada, Guatemala, New Zealand and Australia. Also, you can purchase Picture Keeper from many widely distributed catalogs such as Crutchfield, Hammacher Schlemmer, National Geographic, Sharper Image, Solutions and Stoneberry.

Right now if you purchase a Picture Keeper at participating Walgreens stores, you'll receive a coupon for 50 FREE Prints at a Walgreens Photo Center. All you have to do is save your receipt and email a copy to sales@picturekeeper.com and they'll send you a $5.00 Walgreens gift card to purchase your prints. You can find out more about Picture Keeper by following them on Twitter and/or Facebook. You can also check out the Picture Keeper Blog. You can also watch the below video to see for yourself just how easily Picture Keeper is to use.

I love that the Picture Keeper device is on a string, which is of good sized length, that way it can be worn around my neck when using to ensure it doesn't get lost among clutter and it makes it great for traveling and quick access. The best part about this is that there is no software. Very easy to follow directions were included but this was a cinch to use because all I had to do was insert it in the port and within a couple of clicks my pictures were being copied. I didn't have to search through folder after folder to find my pictures.  I used this on both my home PC, as well as my MacBook Air and it was easy to use either way. It runs in the background so I was still able to use other programs on the computer while pictures were being copied. This is small enough to be stored in even the smallest spaces and wouldn't take up hardly any room at all in a safe so that in the unfortunate event of a fire your pictures would be safe. This particular Picture Keeper will hold approximately 4000 photos but there are several ones to choose from, even one that will hold up to 250,000 photos. Picture Keeper is coming soon for iPad and iPhone as well. I recommend Picture Keeper for anyone young or old because it's so easy to use. This would make a great gift for any occasion as well.

Giveaway
One Precisely Mine reader will win their own Picture Keeper just like the one I received, which is a $29.99 value!

With Picture Keeper Pro, it's a snap to save up to 250,000* pictures! And because there's no software to install, it's that much easier.
